Vaddi

Vaddi (or Vaddi community or Vaddi Rajulu or Odiya Rajulu) was recognized as a backward caste by the government of Andhra Pradesh (Vaddi-sl.no-37(BCA)) on 23 September 1970.[1][2]

History

They were progeny of Narasimhadeva I and belongs to Suryavamsham and Kaasyapa(Kaasi) Gotra.
