Vadym Vyacheslavovych Plotnikov (Ukrainian: Вадим Вячеславович Плотников; born 12 April 1968 in Kirovsk, Ukrainian SSR) is a former Ukrainian footballer, and recently was head-coach of FC Stal Alchevsk in the Ukrainian First League (2009).
