Vahagn Khachatryan (Armenian: ÕŽÕ¡Õ°Õ¡Õ£Õ¶ Ô½Õ¡Õ¹Õ¡Õ¿Ö€ÕµÕ¡Õ¶; born July 26, 1959 in Sisian)[1] is an Armenian politician. He served as Mayor of Yerevan from 1992 to 1996.[2]
He is a member of the Armenian National Congress and will top the ANC list for the Yerevan City Council election, 2013.[3]
