The 1st constituency of Val-d'Oise is a French legislative constituency in the Val-d'Oise département.
Description
The 1st constituency of Val d'Oise is the largest by far within the department covering approximately half of its entire territory. It lies in the west of Val d'Oise and is largely composed of the Vexin Regional Natural Park which forms part of the green belt around the Paris Metropolitan Area.
Politically the seat is modestly conservative supporting the Union for French Democracy and since 2002 the UMP.
