Valens (formely Valens Semiconductor) is an Israeli fabless chip company providing semiconductor solutions and development of HDBaseT devices. It was founded in 2006 and is a private company headquartered in Israel, with offices worldwide. Valens provides semiconductor products for the distribution of uncompressed ultra-high-definition (HD) multimedia content. The company are the creators of HDBaseT technology and is part of HDBaseT.[1]
