Valentin Emanoil Bădoi (born 16 December 1975 in Turnu Măgurele) is a former Romanian football full back who, as of early 2008, joined the Romanian league side FC Universitatea Craiova. Bădoi previously played for FCM Bacău, Rapid Bucureşti, Steaua Bucureşti, FC Timişoara and FC Universitatea Craiova.
His most distinctive feature is that he has never been injured.
