Vallan Symms (born 20 March 1980) is a Belizean football defender, who currently plays for Defence Force.

International career

Symms made his debut for Belize in a March 2000 FIFA World Cup qualification match against Guatemala and earned a total of 13 caps, scoring 3 goals. He has represented Belize in 6 FIFA World Cup qualification matches[1] and played at the 2001[2] and 2005 UNCAF Nations Cup.[3]

His final international was at that 2005 tournament, the third game against Nicaragua. However he has recently played at the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification against Montserrat.[4][5]
