The variegated laughingthrush (Trochalopteron variegatum) is a species of bird in the Leiothrichidae family. It is endemic to the northern regions of the Indian subcontinent, primarily the low-to-mid altitudes of the Himalayas. It ranges across Bhutan, India, Nepal and Tibet.
