Vazzano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Vibo Valentia in the Italian region Calabria, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southwest of Catanzaro and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Vibo Valentia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,170 and an area of 19.9 square kilometres (7.7 sq mi).[1]
Vazzano borders the following municipalities: Filogaso, Pizzoni, Sant'Onofrio, Simbario, Stefanaconi, Vallelonga.
