Veerasammy Permaul is a Guyanese cricketer. Permaul plays for Guyana in the West Indies regional cricket and plays Test cricket for the West Indies. He made his Test cricket debut against Bangladesh on 13 November 2012 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.[1]

From Berbice, Permaul has played his club cricket with Albion Community Centre Cricket Club since 2002.[2] He made his first-class cricket debut for Guyana in the Regional Four Day Competition in 2006/07.[2] In 2012 he captained the West Indies A team in a series at home against India A.[2]
