Vegetable Handva or Handvo (Gujarati: હન્ડવા, Marathi: Handva) is a Gujarati dish. It is a vegetable dish which is based on gram flour (called Besan in Hindi and Urdu) and contains vegetables like peas, cabbage, and also includes Garam masala. It is often eaten with Pickle or tea.[1]
