Verne Everett Long (born September 24, 1925) is an American former politician in the state of Minnesota. He was born in Pipestone, Minnesota and was a livestock and grain farmer. He served in the House of Representatives for District 20 from 1963 to 1966, District 20A from 1967 to 1972, and District 26A from 1973 to 1974.[1] He is married with three children.
