Vexillum rugosum is a species of small sea snail, marine gastropod mollusk in the family Costellariidae, the ribbed miters.[1]
The subspecies Vexillum rugosum intermediatum [sic] has become a synonym of Vexillum (Vexillum) intermedium (Kiener, 1838)
