The Apostolic Vicariate of Iquitos (originally Apostolic Prefecture of San León del Amazonas) (Latin: Vicariatus Apostolicus Iquitosensis) is a Roman Catholic apostolic vicariate (pre-diocesan missionary jurisdiction) in Amazonian northern Peru.

It is exempt (i.e. directly subject to the Holy See, not part of any ecclesiastical province) and his its cathedral episcopal see, the Catedral San Juan Bautista (St. John the Baptist), in the city of Iquitos.
