Viceroy of Liangguang

The Viceroy of Liangguang or of the Two Guangs was the anglicized form of the Governor-General of the Two Expanses (Chinese: t 兩廣總督, s 两广总督, p Liǎngguǎng Zǒngdū) who administered the viceroyalty of Liangguang—the two provinces of Guangdong and Guangxi together—in the Qing Empire between the 18th and the 20th centuries. They were one of 8 such viceroys during that time. The position's full title was the "Governor-General, Commander and Quartermaster, Supervisor of Waterways, and Inspector-General of the Two Expanses and Surrounding Areas" (t 總督兩廣等處地方,提督軍務、糧餉、管理河道兼巡撫事, Zǒngdū Liǎngguǎng Děng Chǔ Dìfāng Tídū Jūnwù Liángxiǎng Guǎnlǐ Hédào Jiān Xúnfǔ Shì).
