Víctor Miquel Moreno Piñeiro, known as Victor Moreno, is a Cuban painter. He was born on 17 June 1951 in Placetas, Villa Clara, Cuba.

Victor Moreno started with the age of five to paint. Later on José Enriquez, cousin of Carlos Enríquez taught the young Victor how to mix colors. Later on Victor was a student of Raimundo Garcia Parra and Master René Portocarrero.[1]

Raul Milian said about Victor Moreno: "Sus tintas son muy buenas y algunas extraordinaias."

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art has bought works from Victor Moreno, there is also a contact to the Louvre.[2]
