Victor Panelin-Borg (born October 11, 1990) is a Swedish ice hockey defenceman. He is currently playing with Graz 99ers of the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga.
Panelin-Borg made his Elitserien (now the SHL) debut playing with Rögle BK during the 2012–13 Elitserien season.[1]
