Viktoria Dmitrievna Tchaplina-Rusakova (born (1988-10-23)23 October 1988) is a Russian female former volleyball player, playing as a right side hitter. She was part of the Russia women's national volleyball team. She competed at the 2013 Women's European Volleyball Championship. On club level she played for Uraločka NTMK.[1]
