Vietnam National Football Second League (Vietnamese: Giải bóng đá hạng Nhì Quốc gia) is the third tier of the Vietnamese football league system. The league is under the auspices of the Vietnam Football Federation.
The Second League is above the V.League 2 and below the Vietnamese National Football Third League.
