Vikram Sood
Vikram Sood is the former head of India's foreign intelligence agency, the RAW.[1] He ran the organization for 2 years. [2] He previously served in the Indian Postal Service and was later absorbed in the RAS cadre.[3] Currently Sood acts as Advisor to Observer Research Foundation.[4]
