Nestled in the heart of Fayetteville, North Carolina and centrally located to Fort Bragg, Village Christian Academy is the largest K-12, private, college-preparatory school in the community with approximately 900 students, as of the 2015-2016 school year.

VCA staff is dedicated to facilitating academic excellence, engaging minds for Christ, and providing opportunities for social, academic and physical enrichment. Providing excellence in the classroom along with extracurricular activities, the school intends to inspire students to leave its halls to make a positive difference in the world.

Village Christian Academy was established in 1998 under the vision of Village Baptist Church in order to offer quality education with a biblical worldview. As of 2015, Village has grown into a comprehensive and college preparatory K-12 grade.

Village Christian Academy seeks to admit students who meet the following criteria: An acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord by one of the parents or guardian, and the student if age applicable, Student and parents are active in a local Bible believing church, Student shows a likelihood of academic success within a Christ-centered academic environment and Student exhibits high moral character and is in good standing with their current school.

In addition, incoming Kindergarteners are screened for developmental readiness and testing may be required for grades 1-12 at the discretion of the principal. Incoming high school students must hold a 2.0 GPA in their current school. Priority consideration in the admissions process is given to siblings of students currently enrolled at the Academy, families who are members of Village Baptist Church, and graduates of the Village Baptist Church Pre-School Program.

VCA fields thirty-one competitive teams in twelve different sports. Students participate in over 400 contests during the school year. Village Christian Academy is committed to educating the whole child mind, body, and spirit. Athletics provide our coaching staff with the opportunity to minister to students in each one of these areas on a daily basis. Its staff is dedicated to helping students develop Christian character and lifetime skills through practice and competition. Student athletes learn what it means to be Christ honoring in competition.
