Vinay Rajashekharappa Kulkarni (Kannada:ವಿನಯ್ ರಾಜಶೇಖರಪ್ಪ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ) is an Indian politician who is the minister for Mines and Geology in the Government of Karnataka.[1] He is a Member of Legislative Assembly representing the Dharwad constituency,[2] and is a promising youth face of the Indian National Congress party in Karnataka. Kulkarni is an agriculturist by profession and is involved in commercial dairy farming.[3]
