Vincent Tuyisenge (born 8 April 1983) is a Rwandan male Paralympic sitting volleyball player. He is part of the Rwanda men's national sitting volleyball team. He competed at the 2012 Summer Paralympics finishing 9th.[1] On club level he played for THT Nyarugenge in 2012.
