Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice

The Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is a state agency of Virginia, headquartered on the twentieth floor of the 600 East Main Street building in Richmond.[1] The DJJ operates juvenile correctional facilities.
