Viza za budućnost ("Visa for the Future") was one of the first post-Independence Bosnian sitcoms. Production started on June 22, 2002 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The first episode was aired on October 6, 2002. The final episode was filmed in Sarajevo on August 25, 2008 and aired in October 27, 2008. Viza za budućnost eventually became region's most popular sitcom.
