Vladimir Podatev

Vladimir Podatev (Russian: Владимир Податев born 1951) is a convicted Russian criminal from Khabarovsk.[1] He created the International Human Rights Agency "Edinstvo", was elected a Supreme Ataman of the World Cossack Society, and was appointed a member of the Commission for Human Rights under the Boris Yeltsin regime. Podatev (alias "Poodle") was previously convicted three times (larceny, armed robbery and rape) and was a vor v zakone.[2]
