Vladimir Zantaria
Vladimir Zantaria was a member of the 1st convocation of the People's Assembly of Abkhazia from 1992 to 1997, Minister of Culture from 1999 until 19 July 2001 and Vice Premier from 19 July 2001 until 14 December 2004.[1][2][3][4] He was born on 27 September 1953 in the village of Tamysh in Ochamchira District.[1]
