Vlksice is a village and municipality (obec) in Písek District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.37 square kilometres (3.23 sq mi), and has a population of 135 (as at 2005).
Vlksice lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) north-east of Písek, 57 km (35 mi) north of České Budějovice, and 68 km (42 mi) south of Prague.
