Volha Palcheuskaya (born (1984-12-06)6 December 1984) is a Belarusian female former volleyball player, playing as a setter. She was part of the Belarus women's national volleyball team. She competed at the 2013 Women's European Volleyball Championship. On club level she played for Lokomotiv Baku.[1]
