WBC Rapid Bucharest
Club Sportiv Rapid Bucuresti Baschet Feminin is the women's basketball section of Romanian sports club CS Rapid Bucharest, based in the country's capital.
Rapid was one of the Romanian leading tems during the communist era, winning nine national championships between 1951 and 1978. In 1995 it won its last title to date, its second national cup.[1] 2001 marked its last appearance in FIBA competitions to date, in the Ronchetti Cup.[2]
