WICY (1490 AM & 102.7 FM) is an American radio station broadcasting an oldies format. Licensed to Malone, New York, USA, the station is owned by the Martz Communications Group. WICY is known on-air as 102.7 WICY (after its translator frequency).

Unlike Martz FM sister stations WYUL and WVNV, WICY exclusively operates as a local station for Malone and nearby communities, and does not target listeners across the international border in Canada.

WICY had a U.S. Federal Communications Commission construction permit to move to 1500 AM, with a city of license of Mooers, New York, with a proposed facility that would direct a 50,000 watt daytime signal into nearby Montreal, Quebec. This idea did not get off the ground as the small village protested the loss of its little radio station. The stations current program director is Billy Teed, a well-known radio broadcaster from Massachusetts.

Translators

In addition to the main station, WICY is relayed by an FM translator.
