WLLM has held its current format since 2003 when it was purchased by Cornerstone Community Radio from Saga Communications for $275,000.^[5] Prior to 2003 WLLM had an Adult Standards format.^[6]

WLLM also broadcasts on FM in the Lincoln area on 105.3 MHz.
