WOWD-LP is a planned low-power broadcast radio station licensed to Takoma Park, Maryland[1] WOWD-LP is owned and operated by Historic Takoma, Inc.[1]
When launched, the station will serve Takoma Park, College Park and Hyattsville in Maryland, along with parts of Northeast and Northwest Washington, D.C.[2]
Programming
WOWD-LP expects to be on-the-air by mid-July 2016 and is recruiting volunteer air-staff teams.[3]
