WPEN-LP was a low-powered television station serving the Hampton Roads television market broadcasting on Channel 68, later moved to channel 47 as W47CE.

Originally, WPEN carried General Entertainment TV Programming and later picked up MTV2 and, before that, The Box.

WPEN-LP and its translators signed off in 2002—currently, their licenses have been deleted from the active FCC database, and no known channel or call letter has been reassigned to them.

WPEN-LP was not related to the Philadelphia radio station WPEN (now WKDN).
