Waganiec [vaˈɡaɲet͡s] (German: Wagnitz) is a village in Aleksandrów County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Waganiec. It lies 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Aleksandrów Kujawski and 29 km (18 mi) south-east of Toruń.
The village has a population of 1,300.
