The Waitawa Regional Park is an Auckland regional park that opened in 2014 in New Zealand. The land was purchased in 2004 by the former Auckland Regional Council and the park will be administered by the Auckland Council. The park is on the coastline in the Auckland Region, near Kawakawa and Clevedon, and is about 50 km from central Auckland.[1]

The park is one of Auckland's first recreational parks, designed specifically for active recreational activities such as mountain biking, horse riding, kayaking and disc golf. One of the beaches is part of the Waitamata Harbour kayak trail, while another will be a homebase for marine education.
