Wally Richardson (footballer)

Wally Richardson (1870) was a former English footballer who played as a defender. Richardson played for the Kings 1st Regiment before he joined Liverpool F.C.. Richardson played one match for the club during their inaugural season in 1892–93. He only made one appearance for Liverpool, because they were short on players. Richardson, the trainer of the squad, had to play when no other players could be found.[1]
