Walter M. Higley
Walter Maydole Higley (January 23, 1899 - May 11, 1969) was bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Central New York, serving from 1960 to 1969. A graduate of Columbia University (1922) and the General Theological Seminary (1925), he was consecrated as a suffragan bishop in 1948.
