Warder (West Frisian: Waerder) is a small village in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Edam-Volendam, and lies about 7 km northeast of Purmerend.
Warder was a separate municipality between 1817 and 1970, when the new municipality of Zeevang was created.[2]
The statistical district "Warder", which covers the village and the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 740.[3]
