Warren Lichtenstein
Warren G. Lichtenstein (born 1965) is a businessman and philanthropist. Lichtenstein is founder and executive chairman of Steel Partners Holdings L.P. (NYSE:SPLP), a global diversified holding company. He founded the company in 1990 at the age of 24. [1] He is chairman of Steel Partners LLC based in New York City.[2] [3][4][5] Lichtenstein is also chairman of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc., an American rocket and missile propulsion manufacturer.[6]
Lichtenstein graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in economics.[7] Before that, he attended Tulane University.
Lichtenstein manages a charitable organization called Steel Partners Foundation that is a significant donor to the building of a first Jewish synagogue in Aspen, Colorado.[8]
Lichtenstein has two children. A son by his first marriage and a daughter with Annabelle Bond.[9][10][11][12]
