Washington's 8th legislative district
Washington's 8th Legislative District is one of forty-nine districts in Washington state for representation in the state legislature. The district borders Franklin County on the east, the 16th legislative district on the south, Yakima County on the west, and Grant County on the north.[1]
The northern Benton County district is split between an urban south containing parts of Richland, West Richland, and Kennewick, and a rural north. The district is represented by state senator Sharon Brown (R) and state representatives Brad Klippert (R-pos. 1) and Larry Haler (R-pos. 2).
