Wasli clan

Wasli or sometimes pronounced Vasli, are a Jat tribe found in the province of Punjab in Pakistan. They are found mainly in the districts of Khanewal, Faisalabad and Sahiwal. The Wasli claim descent from Wasli, their tribal ancestor, who was said to be an Iranian by origin. Their customs are similar to neighbouring Jat tribes, and they are entirely Muslim. [1]
