Previously an imprint of Def Jam Recordings, on May 2, 2012 the label signed a partnership with Birdman's label Cash Money Records and is now an imprint of the YMCMB family and distributed by Epic Records and Republic Records.^[1][2] Current artists signed to We the Best include Khaled, Ace Hood, Mavado, Steph Lecor and Vado among others.
