webCRM is a Danish software company founded in Copenhagen and since February 2013 based in Næsseslottet (Næsse Castle), Holte, north of Copenhagen. It provides a web-based, hosted (cloud based) platform for customer relationship management (CRM) called webCRM.
The webCRM system can structure email marketing, systemize business activities, manage sales and create budgets as well as organize quotations, pipeline management, website integration and mobile access. It suits both the small local firm and the big international company because webCRM is online and easy to customize.
The company webCRM employs 40 people in Denmark and worldwide and has partners in 13 countries (Brazil, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom). The webCRM customer database contains more than 15.000 users from over 2.000 companies worldwide in manufacturing, professional services, media, telemarketing, training, property retail and management, IT, consulting etc.
History
webCRM was founded in 2005 by Erik Maltby and Jørgen Rode as a company specialised in the creation of web-based sales applications. Since then, the company have been excerpering consecutive growth producing their web-based CRM software.[1]
In October 2013, webCRM received its third successive award of the Gazelle given to rapidly growing companies by the leading financial daily in Denmark, Børsen.
