Summary
A low-budget version of Westworld shot on the Kleinburg Studios north of Toronto with five strangers who find themselves with no memory in some sort of future world. Their task is to kill one another under the scrutiny of a mad sheriff (Jack Palance) or become a slave. Welcome to Blood City was an early Canada/U.K. tax-shelter co-production.
