Wellington Albert (born 3 September 1993) is an Papua New Guinean rugby league player who represented his country in the 2013 World Cup and 2015 Melanesian Cup. In 2014, he started an economics degree at the University of Western Sydney.[1]
He has a younger brother, Stanton Albert plays for the Penrith Panthers.
Playing career
He was playing for the Snax Lae Tigers in PNG as a winger, while attending secondary school.[3] He is currently playing for the Penrith Panthers after signing a two-year contract which ended after the 2015 season.
