Wenfei Fan (Chinese: 樊文飞) is a computer scientist who works in database theory and database systems. He is a professor at the University of Edinburgh, and holds the Chair of Web Data Management in the School of Informatics.[5] He is also the director of the International Center on Big Data at Beihang University.[6]
Fan won the Roger Needham Award in 2008 and is an ACM Fellow.[7]
