Werner Otto (born 15 April 1948) is a retired track cyclist from East Germany, who represented his native country at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, West Germany. There he won the silver medal in the Men's Tandem, alongside Jürgen Geschke. He also competed at the 1968 Summer Olympics.[1]
