Wesley 'Wes' Karl Duncan, (born in 1980 in Sonora, California),[1] is an American politician and a Republican member of the Nevada Assembly since February 4, 2013 representing District 37.[2]
Education
Duncan earned his AA from Columbia College, his BA from University of California, Berkeley, and his JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
Elections
- 2012 Challenging incumbent Democratic Assemblyman Marcus Conklin for the District 37 seat, Duncan was unopposed for the June 12, 2012 Republican Primary and won the November 6, 2012 General election with 14,969 votes (51.l5%) against Conklin,[3] who had held the seat since 2003.
- Duncan was named Freshman Legislator of the year for the Assembly by the Las Vegas Review Journal.
