West Midlands bus route 12 (Coventry) is a bus service in the city of Coventry in the West Midlands region of England.[1]
History
Route 12 previously operated between Coventry and Leamington Spa, the Leamington Spa journeys were renumbered 11 West Midlands bus route 11 (Coventry) in October 2012 to differentiate the routes according to their destination.
The Route
The route runs through the City Centre of Coventry via New Union Street before joining Warwick Road and passing the railway station. It then heads into Earlsdon via Spencer Road before heading into Canley (Herald Avenue) and on to the University of Warwick.[2]
Some peak services operate only between Earlsdon and the University, to cater for University traffic.
